are asked to note that an overview of the Trust’s Expenses are available on the

In accordance with Clause 12.8 and 12.9 of the Electra Trust Deed, the Trustees
advise that the Statement of Corporate Intent of Electra Limited is available for
inspection on the Electra Trust Website https://www.electratrust.co.nz/Reports/
