21 Supply Company, 2nd Combat Service Support Battalion, Royal New Zealand Army Logistic Regiment, will hold a Charter Parade through Main Street, Foxton, on Thursday 12 November from 12pm.

The parade commemorates the Company’s Freedom of the Community, recognising the proud history shared by 21 Supply Company and the Foxton community.
The event will include a military march along Main Street, ending at the Foxton War Memorial Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend and show their support.
Temporary road closures will be in place during the parade to help keep participants and spectators safe. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time when travelling through the area.
Horowhenua District Council will take part in the occasion, with Deputy Mayor David Allan giving the welcoming address and Ross Brannigan reading the charter.
The Charter Parade is a formal recognition of the Company’s place in Foxton’s civic life, and an opportunity for the community to acknowledge the service and history of 21 Supply Company.
Deputy Mayor Allan says the parade is a special opportunity to acknowledge the strong ties built over many years between Foxton and 21 Supply Company.
“This Charter Parade is a proud moment for Foxton and a chance for our community to recognise the service, history and shared mana of 21 Supply Company,” Deputy Mayor Allan says.
